I have more than four years of working experience in the Human Resources field. I graduated with a degree in Business Administration, major in Marketing Management. Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in communication, employee relations, and administrative support within HR operations. I enjoy socializing and interacting with different kinds of people, which helps me build good relationships in the workplace. I consider myself approachable, friendly, and easy to work with, qualities that are important in handling employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment. During my high school years, I was also a theatrical actress, which helped me develop confidence, creativity, and strong communication skills. As a Human Resources Generalist, I have learned the importance of professionalism, empathy, and effective communication in managing people and supporting organizational goals.
