Introduction

Hello sir, I'm a project manager for an Asian software development team looking to expand into the US, Europe, and Africa. I'd like to explore a business collaboration with you. Here's the proposed arrangement: Your role: Help identify potential projects and participate in client communication as agreed. My team's role: Handle software development and project delivery. Profit sharing: You receive 23–30% of the agreed net profit, with the exact percentage confirmed before each project. Payments: We'll document project costs, payment schedules, and profit calculations in writing. Starting point: We can discuss a small project first to evaluate whether the partnership works for both sides. Before proceeding, we'll clarify responsibilities, expenses, payment terms, and any risks. Any Upwork work must comply with its account, identity, and subcontracting policies; we won't ask you to misrepresent who performs the work. If you're interested, let's discuss the details openly and see whether we can build a trustworthy, long-term partnership. Thank you! Tele@gram : @AndyRuppy Gmail :sboland041@gmail.com
