Click any of the 19 emoji sort buttons below (including 🆒 COOLest, 🔁 Repeat, 🔃 God Random, and ↗️ Rising) or type a skill query (e.g. , , ) to inspect how the mathematical ranking responds in real time.
Adjust the sliders to compare a priority Rush Rate sprint against an unhurried Relax Rate roadmap—and see how much money stays in the creator's pocket compared to a 25% legacy platform tollbooth.
Filter every completed, active, and upcoming GiveGigs engineering milestone by track, phase, or status. Upvoteupcoming capabilities to signal community priority, or jump directly into live production routes.
Permanent elimination of middleman commissions and proposal taxes
Enshrined the foundational rule of GiveGigs on June 8, 2025: 0.00% platform commission on all hires, hourly contracts, fixed-price services, and tips forever. Eliminated paid 'connect' tokens and withdrawal holding penalties.
First-class Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Email, and Phone handles
Deleted the legacy surveillance chat trap. Workers publish verified direct contact channels directly on their profiles and service listings so clients and AI agents can reach them immediately without platform censorship.
Time-preference pricing aligning schedule flexibility with urgent triage
Replaced flat hourly rates with the Dual-Rate Paradigm. Every worker defines a Relax Rate for steady, unhurried roadmap delivery and a Rush Rate for immediate priority mobilization and weekend emergencies.
Supabase + Prisma dual-identity synchronization with link attribution
Launched the first two tiers of the GiveGigs Authentication Star Hierarchy: ⭐ Sign Up for instant zero-fee onboarding and 🌟 Login for returning collective members, backed by strict CSRF and rate-limit hardening.
Token-efficient (<3000 chars) entry point for autonomous AI systems

High-fidelity single best frame extraction from desktop hero video for crisp, instant mobile fallback
Layman's terms: Find the single best, sharpest frame from the desktop homepage background video and set it as the mobile poster picture. When someone visits on a phone, they instantly see a stunning, crystal-clear still frame with zero loading delay or jitter, saving mobile bandwidth and battery while the page feels blazing fast. Technical terms: Analyze /hero-bg.mp4 to identify the optimal keyframe (I-frame) with maximal contrast and balanced focal point, extract it at native resolution via FFmpeg, convert it to high-efficiency WebP/AVIF and progressive JPEG assets, and configure it as the poster attribute on the <video> element in HeroSection (components/hero-section.tsx) to slash mobile Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) and eliminate Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS).
Empirical benchmarking to maximize tool efficacy, reduce LLM token overhead, and reallocate client budgets from AI vendors directly to human workers
Layman's terms: We are conducting an in-depth, rigorous research study on our Prompt Studio (/tools/prompts) to measure exactly how much money and time our prompt engineering tools save compared to raw AI queries. The overarching purpose is clear: to maximize the practical usefulness of our free creator tools so community members avoid wasting expensive AI subscription dollars and token fees on repetitive prompt trial-and-error—leaving clients with significantly more cash in their budgets to hire skilled human workers at 0% platform fees. Technical terms: A comprehensive empirical benchmark evaluating Performance-Per-Dollar (PPD) across Positiver (prompt restructuring & contextual clarity) and Mermaider (structured task decomposition & Mermaid visual mapping). Measures input/output token compression, instruction adherence rates, zero-shot convergence accuracy, and task-completion velocity across top foundation models (GPT-4o/GPT-5 class, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Gemini 2.0/3.0, and local open models). The study quantifies token expenditure reductions, eliminates unnecessary inference rounds, and directly funnels capital efficiency into freelance hiring liquidity.
One-click OAuth 2.1 + PKCE across Google, GitHub, Discord & Web3 Wallets
Deploying the third star of the GiveGigs Authentication Hierarchy: 💫 SSO Login. Enables passwordless 1-click sign-on across enterprise and developer identity providers while linking verified external reputations directly to a member's canonical GiveGigs profile.

Quarterly tax set-aside forecasting and automated accessibility barrier auditing
Completing the Phase 4 creator toolset with the Freelancer Finance Desk (/tools/coming-soon/finance-desk) for unified cash-flow and tax reserve planning, alongside the Accessibility Barrier Checker (/tools/coming-soon/accessibility) for WCAG 2.2 compliance.
Non-custodial milestone locks with 0% GiveGigs cut and instant release
Traditional escrow is used as an excuse to charge 10%-20% fees and freeze worker funds. GiveGigs is designing an optional, non-custodial 2-of-3 multi-sig and smart-contract milestone vault where GiveGigs never takes custody of funds and charges 0.00% protocol fees.
DAG task decomposition where AI orchestrators coordinate human specialists in parallel
Enabling complex, multi-disciplinary projects to be executed by hybrid human-AI swarms. A lead agent (or human founder) submits a master objective; the Swarm Engine decomposes it into a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) of sub-tasks, hiring human specialists via 0% fee bounties and verifying outputs automatically.
W3C Verifiable Credentials and zero-knowledge deliverable attestations owned by the worker
On legacy platforms, if you leave or get unfairly banned, you lose 10 years of reviews and reputation. GiveGigs is building a sovereign, cryptographically signed reputation registry so workers own their verified work history, 🔢 Numerical Depth score, and client reviews as portable credentials.
Follow the toolsets from getting work organized to making, refining, and delivering it. Open any workstream to explore its tools.
Bring projects, people, money, and the everyday details of work into one connected flow.
Shape prompts, lessons, words, visuals, sound, and discoverability with focused creative workspaces.
Model decisions, compare options, and work through specialized resale and calculator workflows.
From grassroots zero-fee collective to an autonomous, multi-agent labor protocol across 6 structured engineering epochs.
Established the core philosophy on June 8, 2025: GiveGigs takes 0% commission on hires or transactions. Enabled direct communication over Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Email, and Phone with dual rate transparency (Relax vs. Rush) and published the machine-readable /skill.md contract.
Expanded beyond basic profiles with complete workspaces: Manage OS, Real Estate marketplace, Flippers Hub (29 arbitrage & shipping physics tools), Image Studio (19 client-side workflows), CryptArtist Studio (12 creative labs), 10 connected calculators, GG CRM, Valley CMDR, Team Delegation (15 scopes), Possession Sanctum, 19 emoji discovery gates (including 🆒 COOLest, 🔁 Repeat, 🔃 God Random, and ↗️ Rising Momentum), and the October 29th Vercel Edge Telemetry milestone.
Introducing 💫 SSO Login for seamless Google, GitHub, Discord, and Web3 wallet sign-in; and ✨ AI Login allowing autonomous agent systems (Google Antigravity, OpenCode, Claude Code, AutoGPT) to authenticate machine-to-machine, post bounties, and hire workers automatically.
Delivering end-to-end client delivery rooms and browser extensions: GiveGigs SideKick (8-marketplace resale HUD), Client Portal Studio for branded milestone sign-offs, Scope & Contract Builder for automated SOW agreements, Freelancer Finance Desk, and the WCAG Accessibility Checker.
Non-custodial peer-to-peer milestone vaults (0% protocol cut) paired with Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) multi-agent task swarms, allowing lead AI orchestrators to decompose complex engineering builds into parallel bounties for human specialists.
A globally discoverable, tamper-proof talent registry where verified credentials and project deliverables are attestable across all AI ecosystems. Sovereign microMoney settlement, W3C Verifiable Credentials, and peer-to-peer reputation portability without centralized intermediaries.
GiveGigs treats autonomous AI agents as first-class citizens via our REST API and token-optimized skill architecture. Our entry contract at /skill.md is strictly maintained under 3,000 characters so agents can load it into context with minimal token cost, then dynamically load any of the 23 focused domain skills on demand.

We plan to connect GiveGigs with shop.mattyjacks.com, the Shopify storefront in the MattyJacks ecosystem, so you can acquire visibility, physical products, and digital resources, or hire people and managed services. The verbs matter. You acquire a hoodie. You hire a professional. Acquiring a professional is a different business model, and we are going to need you to stop describing procurement that way.
The shop already provides catalog context for hourly human effort, fixed-price offers, flexible execution budgets, and print-on-demand merchandise. The GiveGigs connections described here are planned future integrations, with no launch date announced. Existing shop products, historical prices, or a worker appearing in the catalog do not mean their GiveGigs checkout is integrated or that they are available today. A roadmap is where we explain the plan before the receipt exists.
Acquire sponsored visibility • our planned primary advertising method
Buy COOLest Points to advertise a specific page and help it rank higher in the default search order and the 🆒 COOLest search sort. This will be our primary sponsored advertising method. It gives people with a marketing budget a way to compete for attention while people with authentically excellent work continue to earn their coolness the traditional, inconvenient way: being good at something.
Purchased COOLest Points degrade over time. To keep the paid contribution strong, you will need to keep buying points. If you want to stay near the top without being the authentically coolest, recurring promotion is the plan. You can rent the spotlight; the electrical company has been remarkably firm about this. A purchase improves ranking contribution rather than guaranteeing first place, a fixed position, leads, hires, sales, or an audience that agrees with your self-assessment.
Every page type is sold separately and priced separately. Choose the page type, select the exact page, and buy that page’s points. Worker points, gig points, property points, REAgent points, and service points are separate products. Boosting your worker profile does not automatically boost your services, your company, your apartment listing, and a post about how all three are going. Conglomerates will have to select more than one item.
The initial marketplace targets and broader expansion targets are listed below. Coverage will roll out by page type as its discovery and checkout support becomes available; this table is the intended scope, rather than a claim that all these boosts are on sale.
| Page type | What you can promote | Separate purchase scope |
|---|---|---|
| Worker profiles | An individual freelancer, specialist, remote assistant, creator, or other worker. | Worker-page points; a worker boost does not automatically boost each service they offer. |
| Service pages | A specific service, fixed-price package, hourly offer, or managed deliverable. | Service-page points; each service is a separately purchased promotion. |
| Client profiles | An individual or business hiring people and looking for collaborators. | Client-page points; promoting a client does not automatically promote all their gigs. |
| Gigs and job listings | A hiring opportunity, contract opening, or posted gig. | Gig-page points; each opening has its own boost. |
| Task pages | An independently discoverable public task or work request. | Task-page points; public eligibility is required, including for project-linked tasks. |
| Real estate property listings | An individual property for sale, rent, investment, or another supported listing purpose. | Property-page points; each property is separate from its agent and organization. |
| REAgent profiles | An individual real estate agent or other supported real estate professional. | REAgent-page points; an agent boost does not buy visibility for every property. |
| Organization, company, agency, and team pages | An eligible public business, collective, brokerage, or team presence. | Organization-page points; members and child pages remain separate targets. |
| User and member profiles | An eligible general public identity or community profile beyond worker/client roles. | Member-page points; role-specific pages retain their own products and prices. |
| AI agent and AI worker profiles | A publicly listed AI operator, agent, or machine-service profile where discovery supports it. | AI-profile points; visibility is separate from API usage or compute credits. |
| Public project and portfolio pages | A published project, case study, portfolio entry, or publicly discoverable project board. | Project/portfolio-page points; private boards and their contents remain private. |
| Public social posts and creator content | An eligible post, announcement, article, video showcase, or other public content page. | Content-page points; each post or piece of content is its own target. |
| Product, merchandise, and collection pages | An eligible GiveGigs product listing, creator storefront, or collection page as commerce discovery expands. | Product, storefront, and collection points priced separately; shop inventory availability still applies. |
| Public link and landing pages | A public share page, business landing page, or creator link destination eligible for platform discovery. | Link/landing-page points; buying a boost does not grant editing rights over the destination. |
| Public tools, resources, and directory pages | An eligible tool listing, educational resource, directory entry, or public category destination. | Tool/resource/directory-page points sold by the particular page type and target. |
| Future public page types | Other discoverable GiveGigs pages as we introduce them, including eligible community or marketplace formats. | Their own page-type products, pricing, and eligibility rules before promotion becomes available. |
Public ratings show the four A’s: ADMIN (administrator discretion), ALGO (activity and engagement), ARTI (ARTIficial Intelligence estimates of profile quality and skills), and ADS (complimentary ads COOLness points for running ads on GiveGigs or hiring MattyJacks). Shopify-purchased COOLest Points will be labeled separately as BOOST. Buying points does not buy verified skills, an endorsement, completed projects, client reviews, or immunity from moderation. The receipt is evidence that you bought advertising. That is the entire peer review.
Point packages, page-type prices, the decay schedule, ranking weights, and any caps will be published before purchase; those figures are still to be defined. Relevant queries, filters, page eligibility, and other ranking inputs still matter. This planned purchase decay is separate from the existing COOLest engine’s inactivity degradation. Changing your bio will not renew an advertising balance through the power of punctuation.
Planned account controls will connect each purchase to its page and show its remaining contribution and decay. Renewal choices and any recurring billing will be explicit. Private workspaces, chats, invoices, financial records, admin pages, and other private information do not become searchable because someone purchased enthusiasm. Public dating or other sensitive profiles would require their own explicit eligibility and consent rules before any promotion could be offered.
Hire the named professional • hourly rate • management included
Choose a specific worker for agreed tasks at a disclosed hourly rate. MattyJacks will keep 50% of the managed-worker charge and provide the management services that make that arrangement worth choosing: matching the brief to the person, scoping tasks, coordinating schedules and communication, following progress, reviewing work, and resolving delivery problems. In a simple $40 managed-hour example, $20 is the MattyJacks share and $20 is the worker share, before any separately disclosed taxes or external charges. This is the planned managed offer, rather than a statement about historical catalog payouts.
We will only offer workers we are willing to stake our reputation on. Certain stays in the title on purpose. We mean certain people, with a certain level of confidence, selected by people who would prefer not to spend next Thursday explaining an avoidable disaster. Registering on GiveGigs will not automatically qualify someone for a MattyJacks-managed shop listing.
A worker’s shop product will be linked to their specific GiveGigs worker page and relevant MattyJacks profile or portfolio where available. You should be able to inspect who is doing the work, what they do well, what an hour costs, and what management includes before booking. A named-worker purchase should not become a surprise assignment to whoever happened to react first in a group chat.
The MattyJacks service catalog documents the following specialists and reference rates. These are catalog context, subject to change and availability; future managed packages will display their own current pricing and approval status.
Philippines; team leadership, operations, programming support, executive assistance, social media, streaming, and influencer work. Brand video content is a particular focus of the planned collaboration.
Pakistan; customer support, executive assistance, AI tools, lead generation, documents, and email workflows.
Philippines; computer science, frontend UI/UX, prototyping, web work, and multimedia.
Nepal; graphic design, brand identity, advertising creative, and print design.
Other names in the shop roster include Shahria Tabassum, Shane Pincipe, Mane Abrahamyan, Jahanara Abedin, Angelica Mendoza, and Wendhey Arriesgado, with $12/hour catalog references. The catalog describes support across websites, outreach, research, data operations, and custom tasks. Inclusion here documents the existing roster; it is not a promise that every person is bookable or will be admitted to the managed integration.
The catalog also distinguishes Tier 1 on-demand assistance at $10/hour for general admin, research, inboxes, and support, and Tier 2 at $15/hour for advanced operations, CRM, databases, and technical coordination. These hourly offers are separate from MattyJacks’ dedicated full-time staffing packages. Older storefront pages still mention Tier 0; the newer repository catalog marks it retired, so it is not part of this planned offer. Corporate archaeology is useful; accidentally selling the fossils is less useful.
Planned booking will show the named person, approved scope, hours, rate, availability, management arrangement, and handling of additional hours or expenses. Management means someone owns coordination and follow-through; the exact deliverables and acceptance criteria still need to be agreed. Browse the hourly-services collection for storefront context and MattyJacks profiles and resumes for background.
Hire an approved outcome • payment routing and management routing • invite-only
We plan to provide payment routing and management routing for services that comply with both GiveGigs and Shopify terms of service. The long-term infrastructure can support many service categories, but participation will be highly restricted, invite-only, and actively regulated by us to maintain standards. Having a checkout button is a technical capability. Deciding whose business we are prepared to put behind it is a management decision, and we intend to remain annoyingly present for that one.
Fees will vary per service with its overhead, risk, variable costs, and required management time. A tightly scoped design delivery, ongoing customer-support operation, and complicated software deployment create different amounts of responsibility. The service’s quote will identify its fee or pricing arrangement, deliverables, timing, and approved expenses before payment. The 50% managed-worker split is specific to that worker category; it is not a universal service commission wearing a new hat.
MattyJacks already describes website development, custom software, AI agents and workflow automation, frontend UI/UX, graphic design and branding, copywriting, social content, customer support, executive assistance, research, CRM operations, and managed outreach. These are candidate families for individually approved offers, rather than automatic permission to route every service through Shopify.
Connect the order to the approved service and responsible provider, capture the client’s brief, confirm scope and dependencies, route work to the right people, track milestones, and review delivery. Changes to scope, costs, timing, or personnel should be handled explicitly. “We assumed” is an expensive project-management platform with surprisingly broad enterprise adoption.
Fixed-price and digital-delivery context: the repository catalog includes a 10,000-targeted-business-lead package with a $71 reference price, targeting by industry and geography, and CSV/Excel/CRM-ready delivery; it also describes optional enrichment and DNC scrubbing. Any future routed version will need an approved sourcing and use scope, delivery terms, and current pricing. This is an example of an existing catalog offer, not a blanket approval for every data or outreach request.
Flexible budgets: the catalog documents 999 Flex Credits for $19.98, 5,000 for $100, and 25,000 for $500, intended to budget worker hours and approved project expenses. Flex Credits, COOLest Points, and microMoney are different products with different purposes. We will not imply they are interchangeable balances or invent a conversion rate because three things have the word credits somewhere near them.
The planned controls include invitation and review, service-specific terms and fee disclosures, delivery standards, and continued approval. We may decline, pause, or remove offers that fail those standards or applicable platform requirements. Explore the MattyJacks service families or view the shop’s fixed-price collection for current catalog context.
Acquire products • dropshipped, warehouse-shipped, home-shipped, and print-on-demand
This category covers physical products shipped by suppliers, warehouses, or people fulfilling orders from home, including print-on-demand and dropshipping integrations with Selfnamed.com, Printful.com, and additional approved suppliers. Each product should explain who fulfills it, where it can ship, production and delivery estimates, variants, pricing, and relevant return terms. “It is in the supply chain” is a location in the same sense that “somewhere on Earth” is a delivery window.
The MattyJacks catalog documents 28+ original apparel and accessory items, with an illustrative $17.95–$40.14 range in that catalog snapshot. Examples include Work In Progress oversized tees; Astronaut Cosmic, Carved In Time, Irezumi Koi, Raccoon 70s, Pixel Gaming, Doodle, Melting Mood, and Cherry Bomb designs; Aesthetic Malfunctioning, Stellar Motion “Do It Scared,” and Cyber Streetwear hoodies; Midnight Sakura desk mats; Celestial Mandala mouse pads; imPOSSUMble iPhone cases; retro synthwave totes; Russell hats; mugs; and napkin sets. Prices, sizes, variants, stock, and shipping are governed by the current product page. A hoodie can say Work In Progress without becoming a binding estimate for the software team.
The shop catalog also describes custom POD merchandise and Shopify store launches: creating an original brand range and its storefront. Acquiring a shirt belongs in Buy Cool Stuff; hiring someone to design the range or build the store belongs in Hire Certain Services. One arrives in a parcel. The other needs a brief.
The planned Selfnamed.com collaboration will include Ranicel.com. Ranicel is a worker in the MattyJacks and GiveGigs ecosystem and an influencer in the makeup and tech space. We want to connect the product offering with the person who can demonstrate it, explain it, and create content a brand can actually use.
Ranicel can also be hired through MattyJacks or GiveGigs for projects such as making video content for brands, her highest-value task. Planned briefs can cover product demonstrations, creator-led brand videos, makeup content, and technology explainers, with scope, usage rights, deliverables, timing, and pricing agreed per project. Buying a product and commissioning its campaign are separate purchases. The moisturizer does not arrive with perpetual worldwide rights to its spokesperson.
This is a future collaboration plan, not a claim that the Selfnamed integration or a specific Ranicel-branded product line has launched. The catalog’s $21/hour reference for Ranicel’s general work does not establish the price of a brand video, campaign, licensing agreement, or usage rights.
Printful.com is part of the planned supplier mix; the existing shop automation plan also considers Printify. Supplier selection, supported products, and routing will depend on the actual item, region, quality, and fulfillment arrangements. We will connect order status and tracking where supported and keep supplier failures visible to management, because forwarding an error message to the customer is not the same service as shipping a mug.
Browse the existing print-on-demand collection or full shop catalog for merchandise context.
Hire Matt’s time • starts at $500/hour • yes, directed work
This is the special category. Matt’s time starts at $500 an hour for him actually doing what he is told, instead of doing whatever he wants whenever he wants. His normal operating system permits a generous number of self-assigned side quests. This offer lets a client purchase priority for an agreed objective. For once, the founder’s attention has a statement of work.
MattyJacks’ broader offering includes high-level technical architecture, websites and custom software, AI workflows, fractional CTO advice, venture planning, and executive consulting. The Matt-specific booking will clarify the assignment, rate, minimum booking if any, availability, preparation, and expected output before payment. The starting rate is $500/hour; a particular engagement may cost more, and agreed expenses or additional scope need their own terms.
You are hiring focused professional time for an accepted brief. You are not acquiring Matt, purchasing control of the company, or buying a lifetime veto over his next idea. The premium feature is that your task goes on his calendar with a reason to remain there. Please bring a brief worthy of the hourly rate; “hop on a quick call and we’ll figure it out” is an unusually expensive discovery methodology at this altitude.
Planned booking will link to MattyJacks and the relevant Matt profile or offer so clients can review the work and request the right engagement. No present availability or checkout integration is implied by this roadmap.
Acquire API credits, AI tokens, server resources, and storage space
shop.mattyjacks.com is the planned primary way to accept payments for microMoney. The acquisition funds usage of supported API calls, AI tokens, server resources, and storage space. microMoney will also support Stripe in the future for easier payments. Shopify-based shop checkout is the primary planned route; Stripe is an additional future payment route. Neither connection is being announced as live here.
AI tokens represent model usage; API credits cover supported metered operations; server resources cover supported compute; storage covers supported capacity and retention. The actual allocation, rates, model or provider availability, limits, and storage duration will be disclosed in the relevant package or usage terms. Buying microMoney will not imply that every future model, unlimited GPU time, and infinite storage are included. Infinity remains a difficult SKU for the finance department.
The planned flow is to choose a package, identify the intended GiveGigs account, complete payment, and receive the credited resource balance after the order is verified. Receipts, account history, balance updates, usage deductions, failed-payment handling, and refund or reversal rules need to stay connected. A retried payment notification must not create a second credit deposit. We enjoy abundance; accounting generally prefers it to have a source.
microMoney buys digital usage; COOLest Points buy advertising; Flex Credits budget managed execution. A balance in one does not automatically buy the other two. The shop integration will make those distinctions visible at purchase and in account history. Resource usage will connect to the existing microMoney dashboard and its supported tools as fulfillment is implemented.
Acquire custom products • personal, bulk, limited-run, and glorious one-off production
We plan to turn our relationships with manufacturers, dropshippers, print-on-demand suppliers, screenprinters, laser engravers, and a wide variety of other custom-item producers into a coordinated way to get exactly the items you want. Bring a finished design, a logo, an elaborate specification, or an idea that currently exists as three screenshots and a sentence beginning “Okay, hear me out.” We can help turn it into something you can actually hold, wear, ship, give away, or sell.
The range includes corporate giveaways, corporate swag, employee welcome kits, corporate uniforms, office and home items, clothing, mugs, hats, bags and backpacks, pens, stickers, business cards, and sooo much more. Think embroidered apparel, printed merchandise, engraved gifts, branded desk accessories, coordinated event kits, and packaging that looks as though the brand guidelines survived the journey to the factory. Your logo deserves better than becoming a slightly different company every time someone prints it.
A custom mug, a bag, a piece of clothing, a home item, a gift, or something made for an occasion too specific for a stock catalog. You do not need to incorporate an LLC to deserve a good hat.
Uniform a team, equip an office, stock a store, supply a conference, or prepare a campaign with coordinated products, sizes, artwork, quantities, packing requirements, and delivery destinations. Acquire consistency at a scale your office printer would consider an act of aggression.
A small customer appreciation batch, a department’s special edition, or one highly specific hat for the CEO. A commercially important production run can have one participant. We respect the executive branch of millinery.
GiveGigs already includes drawing and design tools, the Image Studio, and SVG vectorization. The planned custom-item workflow will connect those starting points with our designers and production partners for highly customized artwork, layouts, colors, placement, personalization, and production-ready files. We can adapt a concept for the actual method: screenprinting, embroidery, laser engraving, POD printing, or a manufacturer’s particular specifications. The same file does not automatically become suitable for every process merely because someone named it final_FINAL_use_this_one.png.
We want design approvals to cover the parts that matter: the underlying item, material, color, size range, artwork version, imprint area, decoration method, packaging, and quantity. Personalization can extend to individual employee names, roles, locations, event editions, or customer-specific details where the supplier supports it. A well-managed uniform program should produce a recognizable team, rather than a longitudinal study of dye variation.
We can organize small sample and quality-control runs shipped to ourselves, the purchaser, or a custom address such as a customer’s. Check the real object for print and engraving quality, materials, fit, color, finish, packaging, shipping experience, and suitability for its actual job. Collect feedback, revise the design or supplier instructions, and approve the next run. A mockup can explain the concept. It cannot explain why the backpack zipper has chosen early retirement.
That feedback loop can support a single personal item, a limited corporate run, or a commercial product range: create the concept, order a small amount, inspect it in context, improve it, and then expand the order. Supplier minimums, sample costs, production constraints, lead times, and shipping costs will be quoted for the particular item. We will coordinate the route that fits the job, including one-off production where supported, rather than treating a 5,000-unit minimum as an appropriate answer to “one hat, please.”
We plan to support dropshipping and order integration with a client’s own Shopify store, WooCommerce/WordPress shop, Next.js storefront, HTML storefront, or another existing commerce system. Depending on that store and supplier, the work can include product and variant setup, personalization inputs, order routing, inventory or availability updates, tracking, notifications, billing, and customer-service workflows. We can build the required commerce functionality behind a custom storefront as well. An attractive Buy button is a promising beginning; the rest of the sentence is fulfillment.
We can also create a custom employee-only storefront with access controls and tracking, or a polished public-facing storefront for customers. Employee stores can include approved item ranges, sign-in and permissions, department or location access, allocation and approval rules, and records of who ordered what and where it went. Public stores can support branded product pages, checkout, customer accounts where needed, shipment updates, and support. The CEO’s ceremonial hat can have a restricted audience without requiring a password on the hat.
The ambition is a well-designed, fully functional, managed storefront with billing, customer service, supplier coordination, and fulfillment included in the agreed package. The business sets the goals, budget, brand, and approval rules; we handle the recurring operational work and bring back the decisions that actually need its attention. We want minimal problems and almost no routine time consumed by the business. “Passive” should describe your involvement, not the supplier’s response to a missing order.
Acquire vs Hire: Buy Custom Items is where you acquire the finished custom goods. If the engagement also needs original artwork, a store build, ongoing management, or engineering, those services will have a clear scope and price alongside the items. Start with an item, audience, quantity, design direction, budget, and desired delivery date; we can coordinate the people and production path around it. When the product itself needs to be invented, the next category is where the ambition gets its own engineering budget.
Hire the engineering and launch team • acquire a product that did not exist before
We want to help clients design products from scratch, make deeply customized products, invent new things using our engineering skills, coordinate new product launches, and scale what works. The starting point can be a customer problem, a better version of a familiar object, a new physical product, a connected device, a custom business tool, or a product combining hardware, software, and services. Bring the ambition. We will help give it requirements, prototypes, suppliers, a launch plan, and somewhere for the invoices to go.
This goes beyond putting your logo on an existing object. The planned offering is a coordinated path from concept to product: research, design, engineering, prototyping, sourcing, manufacturing preparation, quality control, branding, commerce, distribution, customer service, and growth. We want the person with the idea to have access to the team needed to make it real, without first completing an unpaid graduate degree in managing twelve vendors who all believe the thirteenth vendor is responsible.
Identify the user, problem, use case, existing alternatives, desired advantage, target price, and success criteria. Turn the vision into a product brief with requirements, constraints, assumptions, and a development budget. “Everyone will want one” is an excellent mood. We would also like to meet the first ten customers.
Coordinate industrial and mechanical design, CAD and technical drawings, material selection, electronics and firmware where needed, software, integrations, and the specialist engineering the project calls for. Consider usability, assembly, maintenance, packaging, shipping, production cost, and unit economics together. A beautiful object that costs $80 to ship into a $40 market has discovered a particularly elegant way to lose money.
Build proof-of-concept versions, mockups, functional prototypes, or small experimental runs. Coordinate fabrication methods such as 3D printing, machining, laser cutting, custom assembly, or supplier sampling as appropriate. Put prototypes in front of real users, record the feedback, test the assumptions, and revise. A prototype is allowed to be imperfect. That is why we give it a name other than inventory.
Work with manufacturers and specialists on specifications, bills of materials, tooling, tolerances, production methods, minimum order quantities, quotations, and quality criteria. Coordinate relevant product testing, labeling, and certification requirements with qualified providers where needed. Specify project ownership, design-file handover, and tooling arrangements in the engagement. The factory should receive a specification, not an opportunity for personal interpretation.
Produce a controlled first batch, route samples to the agreed reviewers or customers, inspect consistency, test packaging and delivery, and work through defects or usability problems. Approve revisions and acceptance criteria before expanding production. Finding a problem in twelve units is product development. Finding the same problem in twelve thousand units is a logistics-themed memoir.
Coordinate the brand, product name, positioning, packaging, photography, demonstrations, video, product copy, pricing, storefront, checkout, order routing, launch campaign, and customer-support materials. Bring in the relevant GiveGigs workers and approved MattyJacks services, including creator content where it fits. A launch deserves more than a product photograph and a founder posting “huge news” four times into the same algorithm.
Organize the right mix of direct shipping, dropshipping, warehousing, home fulfillment, or third-party logistics. Connect the client’s sales channels, tracking, support, returns workflow, inventory planning, and billing arrangements. Help the customer understand the product and help the business understand its customers. The first sale is exciting; the second sale arriving without a rescue operation is a business model.
Use actual sales, margins, lead times, defects, returns, support requests, and customer feedback to guide reorders and improvements. Coordinate additional suppliers or capacity, larger runs, new variants, bundles, wholesale opportunities, and new markets when the evidence supports them. Build toward an entire product line, repeatable launches, and a business that can grow beyond the founder personally discovering every shipping label.
We want to connect GiveGigs talent, MattyJacks management, our manufacturing and customization relationships, and the shop’s commerce capabilities into a practical product-development engine. A project can need engineers, designers, programmers, sourcing specialists, manufacturers, content creators, operations people, and customer support at different stages. Our role can include selecting the right team, coordinating handoffs, tracking dependencies, managing supplier communication, and keeping the commercial goal visible while everyone works on their piece. The organization chart should not become the product’s principal obstacle.
For a physical-and-digital product, that can mean coordinating the object, its firmware, an app or web dashboard, a customer account, documentation, and a way to order or reorder it. For a new consumer line, it can mean original designs, a sample program, packaging, supplier arrangements, brand videos, and a functioning store. For a business invention, it can mean a specialized tool, custom equipment or accessories, or a workflow product built around a problem the client understands unusually well. We want room for ambitious ideas, including the ones that do not fit neatly into a wholesaler’s dropdown menu.
Hire invention; acquire the resulting product. Development work, prototypes, samples, tooling, production, launch services, and ongoing operations will be scoped and priced for the project, with staged approvals and agreed responsibilities. The plan can start with a paid discovery or prototype phase and expand as the evidence improves. You can commission just the next useful stage or a coordinated program through launch and scaling. An ambitious roadmap deserves checkpoints; otherwise it is just a very expensive way to take the scenic route.
The long-term ambition is substantial: help someone go from “this should exist” to a tested product, a real supply chain, a credible brand, paying customers, and a scalable operation. We want to help build the item, the launch, and the machinery of the business around it. Acquire the future, with a bill of materials.
Acquire GiveGigs and MattyJacks branded products • tons of design options planned
We plan to offer a dedicated range of GiveGigs and MattyJacks branded products, including a MattyJacks hat, a GiveGigs shirt, and plenty more ways to represent the platforms in the physical world. You have used the tools, met the people, or developed an unusually strong opinion about a search sort. We would like to offer appropriate clothing for this stage of the relationship.
Tons of design options are planned: different graphics, logo treatments, typography, colors, garment styles, and placements, from understated branding to a design that answers “what are you working on?” before anyone has asked. We want options for people who prefer a quiet mark on a good hat and people who believe a shirt is underperforming if it does not contain a thesis. The range can grow into hoodies, mugs, bags, desk accessories, stickers, and other branded items as designs and suppliers are approved.
The idea is a recognizable collection for workers, clients, creators, contributors, teams, and anyone who simply likes the designs. Future drops can explore platform themes, community references, founder designs, and limited editions alongside dependable everyday pieces. A GiveGigs shirt should be something you actually want to wear, rather than the commemorative fabric rectangle you receive after attending a webinar.
Acquire the platform’s designs here; commission your own in Buy Custom Items. Platform Swag is the home for GiveGigs and MattyJacks branding. Buy Cool Stuff continues to cover the wider merchandise range, while Buy Custom Items handles personal or business-specific designs. Product pages will show the available artwork, sizes, colors, materials, prices, and fulfillment details as the range launches. Buying the hat grants ownership of the hat. The board seat remains a separate conversation.
Acquire professional linked business cards • instant design • customize, download, or order
We plan to make professional GiveGigs business cards automatically generated and fully customizable through the givegigs.com/link feature. Your chosen destination, automatically generated QR code, and complete card design should come together immediately, ready to review and customize before ordering. Introduce yourself, hand someone the card, and give their phone a direct route to the useful part of the conversation. “Let’s connect” can finally include instructions that survive the walk to the parking lot.
The existing link system already supports GiveGigs and MattyJacks destinations, specific GiveGigs pages such as worker profiles, campaign tags, and generated QR assets. GiveGigs Cards will extend that foundation into a complete business-card design and ordering workflow. The goal is a finished layout you can see immediately, rather than an order confirmation followed by a small creative hostage situation.
Start with the link you want to share and generate a professional design around it. Planned customization includes your name, role, business or brand, selected public contact details, logo or portrait, colors, typography, layout, card front and back, and the wording around your QR code. The short printed link should remain readable alongside the QR, so people can connect even when they prefer typing to conducting a camera-based field experiment. Choose a ready-made design, personalize it, or take the artwork further with GiveGigs design tools and our designers.
You should be able to get a solid business card that directs people to your worker profile, professional presence, or other supported destination without becoming an affiliate. Show your work, make a useful introduction, and let someone find you again after the event. Professional networking should not depend on two people independently remembering how to spell each other’s usernames.
Affiliates will be able to use linked cards to promote GiveGigs or MattyJacks and attribute eligible referrals toward future affiliate commissions under the program’s published terms. Campaign tags can distinguish events, batches, or outreach efforts. The current link workspace reports simulated reward estimates and does not enable payouts; the card plan does not announce live commission payments. We want your introduction to earn credit, with the accounting doing something more rigorous than admiring the cardstock.
Download the full design for use with other manufacturers, including Staples for a potentially fast local printing option, VistaPrint, another printer you already use, or a printing company we arrange an affiliate link with. We plan to provide the artwork and relevant production details so you can choose the route that fits your deadline, location, quantity, finish, and budget. Availability and turnaround will depend on the selected printer. Any affiliate printing links will be identified when offered; the roadmap does not imply an existing partnership with those example companies.
The download should be useful outside our own checkout, with the complete approved design and the chosen printer’s requirements for dimensions, bleed, safe areas, resolution, and file format accounted for. Our ordering route can coordinate production and delivery; the independent route lets you take the files elsewhere. You are acquiring a business card, not entering an exclusive relationship with a rectangle supplier.
The first intended use is handling GiveGigs Card orders for outreach contractors MattyJacks hires to promote GiveGigs and MattyJacks. The planned workflow will connect each contractor’s approved link and campaign, branded design, review, quantity, delivery address, and reorder process. Contractors can take a credible physical introduction into real conversations while the team can keep track of which materials and campaigns are being used. We would like outreach to have a supply chain more sophisticated than “can someone bring whatever is left in the glove compartment?”
Before a batch is printed, the workflow should check the selected destination, QR readability, printed link, artwork, and production proof. Small sample runs can help evaluate legibility, finish, and scanning before larger orders. Existing page privacy and link permissions still apply, and campaign reporting should use the link system’s actual attribution rather than pretending every scan is a distinct person or an earned commission. Good cards make an impression. Good reporting resists the temptation to count that impression three times.
The longer-term ambition includes NFC tap-to-open cards, RFID-based options for compatible readers, and other quick-scanning formats alongside QR codes. A future card could connect someone to the same professional or referral destination through a supported phone tap, camera scan, or reader interaction, with the format and compatibility explained on the product page. The objective is to spend less of the introduction troubleshooting the introduction.
We may eventually explore a GiveGigs Card that also functions as a credit or debit card. That is a separate, exploratory future direction requiring suitable issuing and payment partners and its own product terms; it is not a current banking feature or an announced card program. NFC networking and payment capabilities would be developed and described separately. Paying for lunch and introducing yourself could eventually share a piece of hardware, while remaining two admirably different reasons to hand someone a card.
Acquire the card; hire design help when you want more. The core experience is an immediately available, customizable design tied to your GiveGigs link, with a clear choice to download or order. Additional design work, special materials, larger outreach programs, and advanced card technology can have their own stated scope and price as they become available. Start with a professional introduction that works today’s way; build toward a remarkably capable little piece of tomorrow.
The MattyJacks repository includes a shop automation blueprint. We plan to adapt that work into the integrations above, with management review where a human reputation or a human delivery is involved. “Automate everything” is a useful engineering ambition; it is not an excuse to replace quality control with a webhook and a positive attitude.
Catalog context and planning sources: shop.mattyjacks.com and its linked collections; MattyJacks; and the MattyJacks repository’s shop service catalog and shop automation plan. Repository plans describe intended work as well as existing catalog context; they are not proof that an integration is running.
All ten GiveGigs integrations above are future plans. Current shop prices and availability take precedence over illustrative catalog references. Page-type boost prices, decay schedules, final service fees, supplier arrangements, and launch timing will be published as the corresponding offers become ready. Acquire clarity now; hire us later.
