Required before Record, upload, or storage. Recording other people without their permission may break the law and GiveGigs rules.
The browser decides the real resolution - 1080p is the safe default for long takes. Pick 720p on slow machines. No FFmpeg, no server transcode.
Off by default. Turning it on asks a second browser permission and mixes mic + screen audio locally.

What we store (and what we don't)
- Takes stay in browser memory until you download or discard them.
- Cloud upload is disabled until private storage and upload limits are configured.
- Never stored: RTMP/stream keys, keystrokes, background audio, or anything captured without your click.
